I like the styling. The price was right. However some callers told me they have trouble hearing me; that there are dropouts. I do not know for sure if the issues are due to the Storm or just a bad cellular signal. However the complaints are more frequent since I got the Storm. I need to do some research.
Battery life is OK. The model I used before I bought the Storm (my dog chomped on it and broke it) had longer battery life. Furthermore I am disappointed the Storm works only with phones and not computers (I did not try it with my Android tablets). Jabra customizes many of its headsets for phone use only.
Lastly, the Storm did not immediately connect to my phone. It should work with Bluetooth and NFC, However neither connected until I installed the Jabra Assistant app. The app works with Bluetooth and shows the remaining battery life in an icon at the top right of the screen.
I recommend buyers read other reviews and buy from a store that allows returns if you are not satisfied.
