It heats, turns on and off, does not over heat, and performs as advertised. This is 1 week after receipt. It would be nice if it had a switch.

Likely not made in the USA
I paid twice as much for the exact same product that is available at Home Depot. Further investigation leads me to believe (but cannot prove) that these are not made in the USA.
