1911 Slide Mount Base for Red Dot, Fits Docter, Burris, Fast Fire, Many More!

Robust mount at a great price.

Installed easily on a Norinco 1911. The radius on the bottom of the plate does not match the top of my slide perfectly, which could be due to variation of the slide. After sight-in I plan to remove the mount and bed with a small amount of Acra-Glas to prevent any possible shifting.

Great Scope for Magnum Springers.

I now have six of these scopes Five are mounted on 16-19fpe spring/gas piston rifles. All have held up to thousands of shots. Glass is clear. The reticle is a bit thick for target shooting but perfect for hunting. The glass in one of the scopes gets very gray if your eye is not aligned perfectly. I will be giving their warranty service a trial soon.

Why did I wait?

Using a hammer and punch to drift sights for years was a real pain, not to mention the chance of damage. Within two minutes of opening the package I removed the rear sight from a Norinco 1911. Set-up was quick and easy. Removal of sight was almost effortless. I cannot imagine a better, more secure design. Nicely machined and the parts fit together without excess play.
