Pre-slotted Brass String Nut for 4-string Electric Bass Guitar Replacement I6S2

A little patience and a little work for a major upgrade

Brass/metal nuts are the future. Allot of really expensive, high quality basses I've looked at had brass nuts. This was a very nice upgrade for my Squire Jazz bass. These are a bit (very little bit) on the high side and I had to file down my nut slot to make it work. I made mine work and plan on doing more upgrades with my other 4 string basses. Try to get some kind of sizing if you can, but for these incredible prices, buying on blind faith isn't a bad idea. Keep in mind your neck's radius from top to bottom and pick the ones you think may best fit your bass. I bought brass nuts for 5 strings and they are consistent with production as well.

Awesome nut for any upgrades

Very well designed and cut nut. Some very minor filing may be needed to fit your bass guitar, but this should be expected because there are so many different basses out there. I can't recommend which basses this type of nut will fit best, but the given sizing of this nut is as accurate as it can get. Definitely will cost you more if you buy anywhere in the USA.
