Good replacement for the original latches
A little pricey, but they are a perfect replacement for the original latches that came on my Polaris Sportsman rear cargo/storage box. They lock into place very well and keep the lid secure. Quite happy.

Good value, clear communication
3 of 3 found this helpful A couple days in, so far, so good. We bought six units for our house and outbuildings, and so far they work well and communication is fairly clear. I initially bought some 666 units and some 888 units; they can communicate with each other, but the 888 units are not as user-friendly and require more button-pushes. With the WL-666 you only push two buttons: the number (or Group) you want to call, then the Talk button. Very simple and easy for my kids to use. My only suggested improvement would be some kind of slide-out or flat area on the device where you could stick a small directory sheet, to keep track of the call numbers for multiple locations.

Cheap, but....cheap. Bad fit.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have purchased from Caltric several times in the past, but this is the first time I have been really disappointed with the product. I purchased a 4- pack of tie rod ends for my Sportsman 90. Three of the four had stiff ball joints. Even after adding grease and working them with my hands, they were still way too stiff. Second, the rubber boots do not fit well. They do not seal around the metal shaft to keep out dirt and water. And finally, these are just built too big/thick. When I put these back on the rods and reassembled, the inner tie rod ends kept binding when I try to turn the steering wheel. I had to grind them down so that they would stop binding on each other. Very poor engineering...a sad knock-off of the OEM version.
