I am a college professor emeritus and long time cycling enthusiast and advocate for the bicycle as transportation. I was a club racer on the road and velodrome during high school. I am also a motorcycle rider and enthusiast for Italian motorcycles (Ducati/Moto Guzzi) as much as Italian bicycles (Colnago/vintage Cinelli/Poghliaghi).

Nice retro chromed steel cage
As long as you understand it is a "retro" cage, then you will be very satisfied. It has the finish and gauge of chromed steel wire that is very like my cages from the 1970's- so vintage in appearance. I have it mounted on a restored 70's lugged steel italian bicycle.

OEM part fits and works best
I got it in 30 seconds and now have a usable campy caliper. Good tension.
