Excellent product, Stays hot or cold for long periods, Love the velvet neck protector, I will be purchasing this product again as Christmas gifts

Excellent product! Exactly what I was needing. I am disabled because of neck and back injuries. The neck and back pads stay cold or hot for long periods of time. They fit me perfectly. I like that the neck pad comes with a protective velvet wrap that you can put the pad into to protect you from the heat and cold. I have two suggestions: 1.) It would be smart to include the velvet wrap with the back pad also. 2.) I would love it if the back pad could be made vertically longer up to the shoulders. Thank you for making a great product. I talk non stop about it. I will purchase both products again as Christmas gifts.
