GREAT PRODUCT!
its a wonderful program for anyone with hypothyroidism. I was cold all the time, had terrible trouble digesting meals, and blood sugar issues with terrible sleep.
Thanks to this plan, my temps are up, im digesting better, loosing some fat, and my blood sugar is balanced with better sleep to boot!
