Not worth buying
The address book is more of a play/ novelty item. Cheap appearance. Would not use this for any reason.

Very strong sour/sweet taste
I think it help. But you really have to add plenty of extra water to dilute the super strong sour/sweet taste. My teeth cringe at first but after adding extra water it was better.
