Exact Replacement
Had to clean it up a bit and rattle can it to make it pretty, :-) but went in just as it was supposed to.

Spendy, but looks great!
Pretty spendy little guy, but high quality and looks great on my '08 V Star Tourer that I'm 'converting' to a solo rider. Waiting on some new (used) fender stays to complete the transition.
Fender rack arrived relatively quick with all mounting hardware, including spacers and mounting bolts. Installed in a matter of minutes...
