SM58S
5 of 6 found this helpful Shure makes a great microphone. Strong, durable and dependable while producing quality vocals and instrumentals.
The "S" stands for "switch": as in on/off. A great thing to have to prevent unwanted background noise or overzealous karaoke singers from mudding up your mix.
However the SM58S I ordered turned out to be a regular SM58. No "S".
When you need an "S" nothing else will do.
