Great sound quality & great call quality.

Product is very good! Noise canceling features and sound quality are FANTASTIC! I've asked a few people when I make phone calls, and they say the microphone sounds good for them too. I like that I can use one earpiece at a time when I want to rest an ear--either piece will work by itself, no problem. The only thing I don't like is the limited controls on the earpieces. That could be my fault...I haven't looked into how they work. (No buttons.) It seems tapping them might pause the audio stream. My only issue is that my specific order was "NIB." However, box had certainly been opened before, since all seals were broken. (Ear pieces didn't look dirty though.)
