Easy to setup and take down at the ramp. Only fault, the Transom saver requires adjustments on laong hauls.
As stated, the product is good quality with easy setup and take down at the ramp. However, this is my second Panther transom saver and I find that no matter how I adjust the tension on the rubber V-block during long hauls on highways dealing with various road conditions of construction and bridge expansion joints the rubber v-block slips out of the metal U bracket. (see pictures) So what I do is stop and check conditions after rough travel and readjust the V-block. I'm limited as to where I connect the transom saver V-block on the lower end of the motor. If it's to high the bolt on the insertion shaft is in line touching/breaking the marker lights on the trailer. (see Pictures) If it's to low the metal portion holding the Rubber V-block starts hitting the lower unit. I have reordered a couple extra rubber V-blocks to have on hand due to this problem.

Item I bit oversized, Needs a stronger spring
It certainly does the job. However the holder is a bot oversized. Could be smaller and still work. Also the spring on the clip itself (not the cigar holder) is weak. Needs a stronger spring to keep it in place better.

Not accurate
Not accurate. Can't get an accurate temperature reading regardless of instructions. And the barometer pressure bars have stopped working so I can't follow the pressure.
