Pump came apart

The pump didn't even last a week. The pumps shaft came right out of the pump. Worked perfectly for a couple days then the shaft fell out backing out of the driveway not going down the highway luckily. I had flushed the fluid and used the special recommend LV fluid from Ford. After the shaft fell out the screen in the reservoir was still clean and the fluid looked like new. At first I thought the bearing locked up and the shaft broke but the shaft did not break it literally just worked it's way out. Now the truck has to be flatbeded back to the shop.
