A Little Heavy But Worth It!
A little heavy but it works beautifully. I have a cat. I vacuumed with my old one a week before I received the Hoover. When I received the Hoover, I used it and I can't believe how much fur I picked up. The automatic rewind is awesome. I would recommend.

The book itself came in perfect shape. The content is helpful is learning how to listen to others and respond with helpful information. It also helps if you react without thinking. It is geared to managers mostly but is very helpful to all in the work place or out.
