Very disappointed

I have both Bose Flex and Bose Flex SE. They both sound awesome, but I was disappointed with this particular Bose Flex SE that I purchased from eBay for the following reasons: No base and the sound crackle. Very short battery life - 3 hours max. I am not convinced that this particular product is brand new as advertised. No option to return. Very disappointed. I have decided to trash it.
