Nice but noisy
1 of 2 found this helpful This is the second one I purchased. The first one developed a leaky valve and parts are hard to find. NIce stainless steel body and lid, but this thing is noisy. The thermostat is set right at boiling so it is always hot. Somehow the construction of this unit amplifies the boiling / percolating sound to the point that it can be heard throughout the house. If you are sound sensitive, this thing will drive you nuts. Otherwise a nice unit with the exception of the short lived valve.
