My best customer care expereince on eBay - Chubbiestech

Delivered on time, it was factory re-furbished Lumia 925, quality was better than my expectation. I just fell in love with the premium quality, probably the last good device made by Nokia. I found it better than iPhone 5s & Samsung S4, cost less than the half and delivers equally good and looks even better. But this particular review was about the care I received from ‘Chubbiestech’, when I pop-out 'SIM card tray-holder ' it was found to be broken in two pieces, but still SIM went inn and phone started working. I know this is not seller’s fault or responsibility to check SIM Tray holder on all phones refurbished by the manufacturer, anyways I called it my luck and started using the device but inside my heart not very happy. 2 days later seller reached out to me for the feedback and I replied about this small concern, they offered me device replacement and I didn’t wanted one because of the downtime, so they shipped me a replacement SIM Card tray, small thing but it really mattered to me the way they reached out, listened and fulfilled to make this transaction a delight. Will I Buy/Recommend: YES. I would love to buy another one for my wife!

No brainer

Does the job, no more coolant leaks , also if your old cap spring has rust then better replace it as it can get stuck and would not relieve excessive pressure
