If you are at all interested natural living this is the book for you.
It has a lot of information and they did the leg work so I don't have to. Some of the products are expensive and hard to find but it is worth it. Well worth taking the time to read. I have pick up some of the makeup they talked about and it is true.

Well worth it.
Pediatrist recommend these. I have a few pairs. I also paid a lot of money for custom orthotics but these work better. They fit great in most shoes.
