Lifesaver
I’m in dialysis, and three times a week I’m punctured in two places in my arm. The lidocaine cream makes it bearable. Almost completely painless!

Good but...
Sound stage is great, certainly lightweight and comfortable, but the cords are too flimsy. I keep waiting for them to snap.After unwinding them from the tightly wound packing, I found that they (the cords) are pretty much permanently looking like a thin threadlike sting that after being unwound is set to look las messy as a dress shirt you've slept in.

Just Okay
Product was what I was looking for but mine turned out to be defective. Did not charge properly, taking almost a full day of charging with a 2.4 amp wall charger to move from what the indicator lights said was 75% to 100%. Also I questioned why there were none of the usual markings from any of the electrical qualifying agencies, capacity, and input and output anywhere on the device. I emailed and went back and forth with a customer service rep who decided my unit might be defective and I should have them replace it. After going through the process of asking for a replacement, they said they would refund the money after I sen t it back but could not replace it because they didn't have one left to send. The purchase was to take on a trip and I needed a charger so I was forced to cancel the return and keep the defective unit which worked to charge my devices but took extraordinarily long to recharge itself. I found it hard to believe they couldn't just replace it, after boasting of their great warranty, and still offering the same product on line for others to purchase? I guess it's just a case of Buyers Beware.
