Extremely slow filter operation
1 of 3 found this helpful The issue with the filter is that it takes an extremely long time to filter water. It may very work as advertised, but in purchasing the filter, I was unaware - and nowhere was it made clear except in the actual directions in the package - that the filtering time is around 20 minutes for a pitcher full, rather than the typical couple of minutes or so.

Works, but not a cure-all.
Isn't a perfect solution to nail fungus, and should not be mistaken for a cure-all. But it can help keep nail fungus in check and from spreading (can help - key words!)

Big Improvement on sound quality over old mixer.
After having used a now eleven year old Barringer Mixer, the Numark is a revelation: hugely improved sound quality - that's the big surprise. In addition, the Numark improved the sound quality to the point that I was able to reduce the volume on my old amp by 50% - and get an excellent sound volume through the amp and older speaker set-up s well. It is a basic good quality mixer, and Sweetwater - who dealt it to me through gave me an excellent price and perfect packaging.
