A decent inexpensive watch.
This watch is decent. I got it for it's automatic/self winding abilities. It is all they claim and while the watch is decent the band could stand to be upgraded. It just feels cheap in the hands and the clasp part lacks the 2 point closure system on most watches now, even cheaper brands. I keep my self winding watches on an watch winder so it has kept proper time as when I set it originally and not fallen back or jumped forward. For the price you can't beat it,just like to see the band upgraded a bit then I wouldn't have a problem giving it the fifth star.

Possible craftsman replacement
I've been looking for a new sock to replace the now unavailable craftsman sock. This is the closest so far and the best I've yet to find. The foot is just thick enough to comfort your foot without causing any tightness in a boot. The elastic at the top sufficiently keeps the sock up above the calf and hasn't fallen down to ankle height yet for at least a straight 10 hours of use. The only problem I have is the material above the foot is very thin and I suspect that with the constant rubbing of the boot shaft on this area it may develope holes with constant use. But so far it's been a good sock and has had no rips or failures of any type.

Shocking
This device pretty much as it should. The electric pulses are decent and it has a variety of strengths and pulses. My only problem is the adhesive gel on the pads is not strong enough. I bought it for the medical rehab use on back and neck muscles but it won't stay attached to long, maybe 10 minutes. So for someone to use it as an exercise device, you may want to find a medical adhesive because sweat or movement would greatly interfere with it's normal application and adhesion.
