A life saver in Costa Rica!
Doesn't work like the touch phone screen I'm used to, and sometimes it will tell you to turn on roads that are not there, but once you get used to it, we couldn't have done without it. Maps are useless since many roads are not marked. Phone maps use lots of data and the costs can get high. This a great alternative.

If you have a complaint, they will ignore you until the case closes then you can't do anything.
They said it would arrive on the 12/2. I ordered thinking this would be enough time before I left on 12/5. I let them know on 12/4 that if it doesn't arrive by 12/5 on my way out of the country, they would need to provide reimbursement. I did not arrive until 12/6 they day after I had already left. I was given 24 hours in which to respond which I DID. My response was ignored and then the case closed where I was not able to respond any more....case closed. I won't be back for 6-8 months so I have no idea if this product is half used, or if it is crap.
