  Very unsatisfied!! Item presented in the photo on sellers website did not match the item received. The item was had a broken button. Seller communicated well but did not have a lot of the items presented in the website in hand as advertised. My daughter missed her pageant due to Seller error & false advertisement!!

  I used a stock photo of item and the back lace-up style had changed to zipper style in production. I offered the buyer partial refund if she wanted to keep the dress and convert the zipper to a lace-up but she insisted on me sending a replacement dress that I did not have listed on ebay. She wanted dresses from my personal business website that were not available in her size/color. I simply advised her to return the dress thru ebay returns.
