Simply a great phone at a great price
This phone has all the features I need including an resin which I use frequently when travelling internationally.

A poorly designed, overpriced plastic knob that appears to last around 12 months only.
I should be clear that this is not the fault of the supplier as they were only supplying what I asked for and in that respect, they were great to deal with. However, this is the second knob I've had to replace in 13 months, which is the age of my Whirlpool cooktop. Although they look like stainless steel, the knobs are in fact plastic and the inside shaft splits rendering the knob useless. This is a cheaply made and overpriced knob of poor design and I know it's only a matter of time before I have to replace the other two knobs. I'm also realizing that this is likely to be an annual event making this a roughly $200 spend every year. I am considering replacing the whole cooktop because of this.
