Best cook book ever
I have made about 30 recipes and all have been great. She works with a lot of the same basic ingredients so you're not constantly running to the store for ingredients. Though i did have to get some start up ingredients that are in many of the recipes. She spices everything really well. I've bought this is a gift. It makes a great good warmng gift. Read the beginning section before the recipes. It is very helpful.

A unique bracelet
I like the look and the feel of this bracelet. It's easy to get on and take off. The silver looks great and it goes with my other bracelets which aren't Alex and Ani. The cross is just unique with it doing across your wrist rather than up and down. I like the twist of silver on each end of the cross too.

The Good Son by Michael Gurian (2000)
This is an excellent resource for raising boys. I took notes, copied pages and review them often. My sons are 13 and 15 and I found this to be a great resource for navigating the teen years. Though I don't agree with 100% of what Mr. Gurian says I still highly recommend this book. It's a great help for raising boys to be good men. It covers everything from sexuality, to becoming responsible, to rites of passage which seem to be extremely important to boys. The book is very organized in many ways. It is divided by age and within that by specific topics. It has great lists of normal behavior at each age as well as discusses warning signs and abnormal behavior. Mr. Gurian knows his stuff and says it in an easily readable format. Highly recommended.
