It’s solid a sturdy, feels planted with large feet

Only downside is that the full range of height adjustment cannot be used due to the holes being blocked at the lower levels. Otherwise it holds my heavy 42in plasma really well.

The finest point and shoot I’ve ever used.

This was to be my standby for when I don’t want to take my full-size M10. I pretty much carry it all the time when I’m on my motorcycle and it’s just great in both auto and manual modes. I added some accessories to mine but it’s just fine stock. I highly recommend this D-Lux to any amateur photographer.

Simply didn't wirk

Turned it on and it just flashed numbers on the front. Manual says change the battery so I did and it still just flashed and none of the buttons did anything. Tried to set the time in accordance with the manual but as none of the buttons worked, it wouldn't set. Faulty out of the box. Another thing is the "sleep" button needs to be bigger and illuminated, it's just too small and difficult to see in the dark.
