Smooth and Prompt
2 of 2 found this helpful Worked with my haggled price and promptly sent the product. They even did a great job packing the device by being mindful of the shipping. They compacted the box to ensure no unnecessary movements were allowing the products to roam around freely and possibly break.
The speaker itself works great. Beautiful sound. Very loud and crisp. Only flaw, not enough bass to my liking but I understand why. Too much bass would cause a rattle to disrupt the sound, making it muffled and useless. I need to try in a larger crowd and environment to solidify this as a go to speaker for enjoyment. Overall, I would still pick this speaker over others
