  The item was falsely advertised (unlocked cell phone). Once I made the purchase, the seller told me the true condition of the phone. I asked that the order be cancelled to which the seller initially said they would cancel the order. Later the seller told me the order could not be cancelled and advised me to contact ebay. The item was sent and I have been trying to get the seller to refund me for the full cost.
