5 of 5 found this helpful A few months ago, I decided to go red, but ended up wanting my blonde back. I used color oops, then used L'Oréal quick blue bleach. After bleaching, my hair was shades of platinum, yellow and orange. I mixed this toner with my developer, and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Now my hair is platinum blonde with golden blonde undertones. This toner worked great for me!!

My hair is extremely damaged, due to years of bleaching. A few months ago, I went red, but recently decided I wanted my blonde back. I used the color oops extra strength, and still had a really red color. I tried bleaching, but still had brassiness. I covered with a "natural" brown, and actually had a greenish-grey come out on the super bleached parts. After all of that, I decided to use the color oops extra conditioning to remove the brown and green/grey. It worked great, and my hair did NOT receive any extra damage, if anything, it was smoother after using this product! My hair is about to the middle of my back, but not very thick. I only had to have one bottle.
