No cheap plastic to break
Bought this for the replumbing of my home. The cheap ones just don't hold up. Buy one quality tool instead of several cheap ones - it costs less in the end. This one should outlast me.

Northern Nevada a rare find
Having recently purchased some land in Northern Nevada, I've become interested in the history of its old mining camps and ghost towns. Stan Paher's "Illustrated Nevada Ghost Towns & Mining Camps Atlas, Volume One - Northern Nevada" fits my interests completely. The author includes brief descriptions of many old towns along with detailed maps on how to get to them. The book is filled with outstanding B&W photography, the majority of which were taken by Nell Murbarger. The photos alone are worth the price.
In the 1980's, when I worked in the Nuclear Test Program for the Dept. of Energy, there were a series of downhole test events named after ghost towns in Nevada. Towns such as Hardin, Schellbourne, and Contact bring back memories of many days spent at the Nevada Test Site. Those were good times.
This book is currently out of print and new copies are a rare find.
