Amazing value and surprisingly good construction
When I first saw the actual rack I was really worried that it wouldn't be as sturdy as they advertised... BUT I was pleasantly surprised when I found it to be more than capable of holding all my gear (which amounts to about 110 Lbs). The assembly was extremely simple, and although ti LOOKS like it is made of super thin/cheap steel, it is actually surprisingly thick, so I fully trust this rack to easily handle the 125 Lbs it is rated to carry. I must say the ONLY problem with the rack is the top crossbar. The top crossbar MUST be removed in order to mount anything in the top U... however, if you have filled up the other 11 Us with equipment then the crossbar is no longer needed. The reason I say this is a problem despite not actually being a problem is because there is nothing in the instructions that tell you to do this. I can totally see some neanderthal trying to mount something in that top position and not realizing that the crossbar isn't required once you have 2 or 3 spaces secured with equipment.
The only thing I have to complain about other than the poor instructions is the unit wasn't entirely square when I assembled it due to what appears to be a mis-measurement by the manufacturer, but that was quickly fixed with some manual bending by me and my friend to straighten it all back out
I must admit I did not buy this to house audio equipment, I am using it for my home network which consists of 2 rack mount switches (Nortel 4548GT), one rack mount router (Juniper J2320), a couple supermicro 1U servers and a 1U PDU to power everything. The open-air design does help with cooling as well as access to all sides of the equipment. It does not really help with cable management, but that is to be expected with a chassis this small and this cheap
I give it the following:
10/10 for value

2/10 for the instruction booklet (or lack there-of, just a single sheet of paper)
10/10 for ease of installation even with the lackluster instructions
810 for build quality
10/10 for ease of installation and access to equipment

not 1080p and doesn't last long
does not record at 1080p, records at 480p 20 frames per second. microphone never worked at all and it died after 5 months.

missing and wrong information
the case depth is 450mm (17-18 inches) BUT the install-able equipment depth is more like 370mm (13.5-14 inches). That is also NOT including power cables. I bought this cabinet and had to do some major modifications to fit my switches (Nortel 4548 GT about 14 inches long)
They need to update the description to reflect the maximum equipment depth supported by the enclosure.
