Aquage Transforming Extreme Hold Hairspray (10oz)

best hair spray I have ever used

I have very straight, very heavy hair that I prefer to keep off of my face. This is the first hairspray that keeps my hair in place and looks totally dry and natural vs that wet cemented look when I have to overuse a pump hairspray to make my hair stay in place. The can lasts a long time too. It comes in a smaller travel size which is hard to find, but it's necessary as airlines will not let a 10 oz aerosol can even in checked luggage. Just an FYI!

Christmas Jewelry by Mary Morrison

I recently purchased this title used, and I am very pleased with it. I am an avid collector of Christmas jewelry, and this book is filled with photos of Christmas pins, both older and newer. The book is a nice size, all photos are in color, and the paper is of nice quality. The author gives brief histories of some (not all) of the jewelry manufacturers whose work is pictured in this book; this may be one downfall of this book because some entries state the manufacturer name, then a comment like "I could not find any information on this company/designer." If the author was listing all Christmas jewelry manufacturers, then a statement like that would be appropriate, but her history was missing some big names in jewelry makers, so why bother listing a name she knows nothing about. Price guidelines are usually only an estimate at best depending on where you're purchasing an item from, and this book does seem to over-inflate these estimates. But overall, considering the quality of the photography and the variety of pins this book does show, I do recommend this title!
