Cleans you out
I never believed one could ingest this kind of clay but I was wrong it is safe to do so and it works.

Thorne works
I felt better while using this but I have two concerns Cholecalciferol isn't on the label so where are they getting the D3 from?
Second concern overall it works good the only problem I have is too many drops I have to take to obtain 7,000 I.U. that 14 drops (2 drops = 1000).

You have to give it time some people may need to use 2 or 3 caps at one dose in the morning, I had use two caps along with the real 528frequency hz. If use for third eye it must be in conjunction with meditation and prayers to the Most name in Hebrew is AHAYAH = IAM in Exodus 3-14. I had noticed result in days.
