Not as good as the 22, but better than the 24
I’ve owned three pair of this model. As far as distance trainers go, it’s good but not great. For me, the best version was the 22. In fact, I only tried the 23 because the 22 is very hard to get now. Compared to the previous model, the 22 feels a little lighter. For some reason, the drop feels less than 10mm (the heel drop of the 22 is 12mm). Also, the toe box is noticeably more narrow than the previous version. In fact this is the first ASIC shoe where I’ve felt like the toe box is too narrow. Unfortunately, ASICS keeps changing the formula with this shoe. The 24 is a different shoe altogether - doesn’t even feel like a distance trainer.

I’ve been using this chain lube for a few years. It works very well on my road and mountain bikes. Does seem to attract dust, but I usually wipe down my chain after every ride and that helps a lot.
