As good as OEM

Good replacement!
Clearly there is a difference between the actual Bird QC connector, but once installed, one can not tell the difference. Form, fit and function is identical to the more expensive Bird OEM replacement.

You get what you pay for...
Better than average - but not by much... It replaced a unit that I paid about 3X more and certainly doesn't have the quality. I immediately had to change the power cord because it was too short for my needs. Lighting and magnification is good. Minor 'snugging' of the screws helped with the 'drift' when placed in a certain position.
