USPS was behind on shipments and the seller contacted me letting me know it was running late but was expected in the next couple of days.     The box had some wear, but was just like it was described and showed in the pictures. It was nice that the seller checked the tracking and contacted me when the shipping was delayed due to Holiday season to made sure I received the item. I'm really happy with both the product and the seller.

    Item arrived on time and was as described. It was also well packaged; had the seller not placed it in a sturdy carton, there would have been damage to the tent so thanks to the seller for the care. Would purchase from this seller again. However - and nothing to do with the seller - the FEDEX handling of the package left a lot to be desired. The top third of the box was damaged on one side and there was also damage on the other. Again, thanks to the seller for appropriately packing the tent.

    There was a delay in shipping but not due to the seller. The seller was very communicative during the shipping process. I would highly recommend the seller just off their excellent communication!! The product was just as described as well, but I cant say enough great things about the seller.
