I have to say at first this machine ran ...

I have to say at first this machine ran like butter. I used it for about a week consistently for about 4 hours a day then all of a sudden the machine stopped working. Something internally/mechanically is not right as now I get an error code and when I press on the presser foot, nothing happens and the mechanism inside makes a noise. I now have to take it to get it repaired
