Well packaged and easy to take product.
Difficult to say yet how effective it is yet, but have been taking it for over a week and have not experienced the horrible nausea I did with the last sort I took, which has got to be good. The tablets come in strips of 14, 2 x 7, which is very handy for keeping an eye on whether I have t taken the days dose or not.

These do what they are supposed to do and seem every bit as good as more expensive ones. .
