Many posibilities

This is an excellent tool when repairing small electronics, mechanical things and checking soldering on SMD components. The switch to turn on the light should have been located on the side and not on the bottom. Its a little awkward to turn on the light.

Very short life.

Unfortunately I did not test these batteries from new, but after 2-3 charges they are measured to 300mah. Not just one or 2, but all 12 that I bought. Not worth spending a dime on.

Great little travel charger for USB

Don't worry about what extra outlet converter you need for this - it goes into any USB plug and charges your batteries from there. It's small and lightweight too. Love it so far and looks forward to go traveling with it. Can't really say how durable it is yet.
