This neckband is the best I've heard. But, they can be too heavy on the bass on some movies. I think they should come with an equalizer function.

A great practical guide to learning how to let Life live through you.
The exercises in this book - and the careful commentary that explains and guides them - has helped me to connect with my body in a very visceral, "from the inside" way. It's hard to put into words, but my sense is that I am experiencing the "movement of Life" in this body for what seems like the first time. I'm so glad my friend turned me on to this book. I'm looking forward to exploring and discovering more about this amazing animal body as I continue on...
