Garlic is a must have
2 of 2 found this helpful I take this as a prebiotic and to help my immune system. I've also heard it has a testosterone boosting effect. This product doesn't give me garlic burps. I think everyone could benefit from this.

Glutamine is good for digestion
Good product. These work good for when you cant mix up a drink sith the powdered version.

1 of 1 found this helpful Ginger helps immunity. And its great winter time tea. This isn't your typical ginger tea sold in stores, its relatively spicy, which I love. Wish it was two dollars cheaper.
