Great Watch for the money!
1 of 1 found this helpful Today’s trends are super smart watches that track everything and take calls and texts and so forth, but this watch predates that and for what it does is still highly accurate and smart for an outdoorsman who wants accurate and detailed information pertaining to the outdoor activities we love.
Accurate elevation readings, accurate compass readings, barometric changes & much more that I haven’t even delved into yet and some things that I will probably never use because it’s beyond what I need!
This is a tactical wristwatch that has been used and relied by law enforcement and military branches, for years, to never let them down.
Some reviews have commented that it is hard to see and dim. This is because it was not developed to be a bright display. When you are undercover or in a situation where discretion is of utmost priority, you do not want a bright display showing on a watch to blow your cover.
If you don’t like that particular detail, this watch isn’t what you want.
If you want a easy to read compass on a hike and elevation readings and much more useful information pertaining to a day in the woods without texts coming across your watch or lost signal due to being so far off the grid, then this watch is a fantastic value for a great and useful tool!
I use it everytime I head out to the woods!
