  SO DISAPPOINTED. I sent the buyer the wrong item and when they let me know, I immediately sent them the correct one. The one in their possession was of a much higher value and they stopped responding to my messages and instead, kept the item. I’m a small business run out of my home. This customer isn’t hurting Amazon, they’re hurting a small business owner who went above and beyond to get them their correct item before the holiday. Really hit my faith in people to do the right thing. Heartbroken
