Used this kit and rebuilt a 30 year old Svea 123. It now works as good as when I bought it. Kit has clear simple instructions that helped tremendously

Better than expected
I have other cold steel swords and knives but this is quickly becoming my favorite. Some reviews of this have said the studded handle can be hard on hands, I find it gives a good grip and thus far have encountered no problems or discomfort using this even after several hours of practice and cutting. Upon arrival the blade was moderately sharp but it did not require much work to put a finer edge on it. I consider this sword to be excellent value for its price point and would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone looking for this type of sword.
