Gain matched low noise 12AX7 type
Nice quiet tubes for my '69 Pro Reverb. I stopped wasting money on vintage tubes, many of which are microphonic and/or exhibit heater flash.

SME Custom Shop 54 Stratocaster Pickup Set
2 of 2 found this helpful Used these pickups with an old Japanese squire neck fitted to a one piece lightweight ash Strat body, a Gotoh vintage spaced bridge, and good quality electrical components. Classic 50's Strat sound that plays and sounds much better than most Custom shop examples that I've seen. Top notch pickups at a really nice price.
