One size don't fit all .!!!
2 of 2 found this helpful This piece created extra problems on my right lower jaw that I was not counting on, according to my wife the snorting was less, but the side effects makes it not worth it.
Now I'm going to cutt it in half and just use the upper piece to prevent teeth grinding .
At least I'm gonna try to get some positive function out of it.

It's worth it.
1 of 1 found this helpful If you don't want to go too dark too soon but gradually, this a very good alternative, I'm staying with the 2 on 1, shampoo and conditioner which makes it a better choice.
