Atwood LP Gas Detector RV 12V White 36719 Replaces 36720

Essential item to have but the price is high.

Replaced an identical detector which exceeded its 7-year recommended lifespan. The original detector lasted 20 years. This item is essential to have in an RV to warn about LP gas leaks. Simple item with simple circuitry so the high price seems unjustified. I hope this replacement lasts as long as the previous detector.

A good replacement for Fantastic Fan original manual thermostat.

If you have an old Fantastic Vent fan with a manual thermostat, chances are that the original wall mounted thermostat is no longer working as it should. Is you dome motor working overtime opening and closing the dome repeatedly? This Honeywell replaces the old thermostat and, thus far, is working well.
