The Rock Of Anzio: From Sicily To Dachau: A History Of The U.s. 45th Infantry D
    Dec 31, 2015
Excellent History U.S. 45th Infantry Division
As an Oklahoman I was looking for a good history of the 45th Infantry Division. I found it. From the early days of how the 45th was formed, to the invasion of Sicily, to the opening of Dachau the events are detailed the good, the bad, and the miserable. The author does an excellent job of intertwining first person interviews with the history being revealed. Excellent maps accompany invasions and battles as well as pictures of significant people and events. Altogether an easy to read as well as educational book.

An awakening for those called too sensitive
This book was recommended to me as being a description of who I was at my very core. They were right. This book was an "ah hah" for me and probably for anyone who has been described as being too sensitive or as wearing their heart on their sleeves. This book affirms that not only are we not too sensitive, but that we have a great deal to offer society because we have a different view on the things which occur around us.
