The seller had set auto pay setup, so there was no choice but to pay the two charges. Contacted seller to refund second charge and was given the run around over and over again. Both items came in one package and seller pocketed the extra shipping charge. I even tried compromising and asking for the item to be shipped priority, but was still sent ground advantage
